YOU aspire to lead big, meaningful change in your organization or the world. But you don’t have the tools you need and you aren’t sure where to start.

WE get it. We’ve been there. But in the past seven years, we’ve figured it out for ourselves, for a hundred other organizations around the world and for more than a thousand students. Now we want to help you.

We are Foossa, based in New York City, and GreenHouse, based in Chicago. We have come together to develop the first, best, most effective place to start social innovation. If you don’t know us already, see below.

Start with a one-day workshop.

Gather the key members of your team and we’ll work with you to unpack the three critical elements of serious change: the people at the heart of the change you’re trying to make, the social forces that shape their behavior, and the elements you can use to alter those forces. Together, we’ll develop a compelling vision and clear path.

The workshop is best suited for:

  • Business leaders looking to fundamentally reimagine a product, service, or market

  • Nonprofit executives or board members aiming to reboot their mission or find a creative new way to fulfill it

  • Educational institutions that want students to raise their ambitions and change the world

Participating organizations will receive proprietary materials and access to online tools to continue their work.

Start with a half-day teaser.

In this hands-on introduction to human-centered design, your team will experience the basic methodology and mindset for creatively addressing social problems.

Learn to how apply empathy to surface design insights, reframe problems, and move forward with rapid prototyping and storytelling.

Come away with a shared vocabulary for human-centered design innovation.

This teaser workshop is the perfect starting point for busy executives and for getting broad organizational buy-in for a longer collaboration.

Start with a two-day intensive.

This option includes everything in the one-day workshop, and adds an additional second day of concepting and prototyping with our design experts.

You will walk away with documented concepts and design prototypes to share with partners and stakeholders to move the social innovation process forward.
